1. No Cancellations After Order Placement

All orders placed on Artisther.com are final. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer.

2. Exceptional Case (Discretionary)

In rare cases, if the order has not entered processing, Artisther may consider cancellation at its discretion. This is not guaranteed. To request immediate cancellation, provide:

• Order ID
• Name used on order
• Reason for cancellation

3. Payment / COD

Artisther does not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid. Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method.

4. Response from Artisther

You will be notified if discretionary cancellation is approved. If not approved, the order continues as normal.
