This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which customers may request a refund or replacement for products purchased from Artisther.com.
1. When Refunds or Replacements Are Eligible
Refunds or replacements may be approved only in the following situations:
- The parcel is confirmed lost by the courier partner.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- An item inside the package is missing.
2. Mandatory Evidence Required
To file a valid claim, the customer must provide the following within 48 hours of delivery confirmation:
- Order ID
- Unboxing video showing the sealed parcel and full opening process (mandatory for damage/defect claims)
- Clear photos of the product issue and shipping label
- Description of the problem
3. When Claims Cannot Be Accepted
Refund or replacement requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- No unboxing video is provided for damage or wrong item issues.
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or handling.
- Color or minor texture differences caused by lighting/screen.
- Customized or personalized items unless defective.
4. Review and Approval Process
All claims are reviewed by the support team. Additional information may be requested if needed. A decision is typically provided within 5 business days after receiving complete evidence.
5. Replacement Process
- If the claim is approved and the item is in stock, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
- If the item is unavailable, the order may be refunded.
6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are issued within 7–14 business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
7. Delivered but Not Received (Missing Parcel)
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the customer has not received the parcel, the customer must contact us within 48 hours with:
- Tracking screenshot
- Proof of non-delivery (if available)
A courier investigation will be initiated. If the courier confirms loss, a refund or replacement will be arranged.
8. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the parcel is confirmed lost by the courier.
