1. Order Processing Time

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary by delivery location and order weight. Additional charges may apply for:

• Remote or out-of-delivery areas
• Heavy or oversized items

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, or if delivery attempts fail, the customer will be responsible for re-delivery or re-shipping charges.

6. Delivery Delays

Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen events are outside Artisther’s control. We will assist you with tracking, but delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed.

7. Damaged Parcel During Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please record a video while opening it and contact us within 48 hours along with:

• Order ID
• Unboxing video
• Images of damaged packaging
